Allu Arjun’s Fitness Journey
Allu Arjun, like, remains super dedicated to his fitness routine, and he recently spoke about how crucial it is for actors, especially in Indian cinema, to stay fit. He mentioned that fitness is a key part of his life because action scenes, dancing, and hectic shooting schedules demand high energy and stamina.
He also shared an interesting story—years ago, a co-actress once said that South Indian actors couldn’t get six-pack abs. That comment pushed him to prove her wrong, and ever since, he’s like, totally committed to setting high fitness standards.
Right now, Allu Arjun is preparing for a big physical transformation for his upcoming sci-fi action film directed by Atlee. He’s working closely with celebrity fitness trainer Lloyd Stevens to get into peak shape for the role.
His daily routine includes fasted cardio—running on a treadmill for about 45 minutes to an hour without eating first. He starts his day with eggs and follows a high-protein diet. His workouts also involve calisthenics and skill-based exercises. He believes that fitness is more about a healthy lifestyle than just having a good-looking body.
